Welcome to the Brighton branch of Dancia International. Dancia Int was first established in 1947, with this branch being the original and first Dancia shop. The name Dancia comes from 'dance by the sea' as our Brighton branch is situated minutes from the seafront.

Brighton is second to none for the arts. With its unique and diverse population of artists, photographers, dancers and actors, Brighton is one of the most creative cities in the UK. From world class dance, opera and orchestral names at the Brighton Dome, unique sacred and early music festivals, acclaimed Photo Biennials and leading arts exhibitions at the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, arts in Brighton and Hove put the creative into the South Coast.

Here at Dancia Brighton we continue to offer an unrivalled selection of ever increasing brands including Freeds, Katz, Roch Valley, Papillion, Grishko, Danskin and Sodance to name just a few. In addition, new to Dancia is our range of Pineapple dancewear. We are the South's only recognised stockist and fitter of Gaynor Minden Pointe shoe, a revolutionary US Pointe shoe, which are supplied to top companies around the world.

With more and more people taking up Ballroom and Latin dancing, partly due to the success of "Strictly Come Dancing" we stock a large range of shoes and practice garments to accommodate this.

We are renowned within the dance world for our selection of products and expertise. You know that by coming to Dancia Brighton that you will receive that extra special service that are customers have come to expect.
