These resistance bands can be used in endless ways for strengthening muscles all over the body, especially feet in preparation for Pointe Work.

3 strengths- Medium, Heavy, Super Heavy.
Length of band is 120cm approx.
It is best to build up resistance gradually. Exercises should be done with guidance from dance teacher or physiotherapist.
