The role includes all aspects of the day-to-day running of the store, including: serving customers, booking in and putting away stock deliveries, packaging up mail order parcels, merchandising, dealing with telephone and email enquiries and stock taking.
Previous retail experience is not required but due to the specialist nature of our products applicants must have a dance background or keen interest in dance.
To be successful you'll also need to be outgoing and able to build a rapport with our customers to fully understand what they need and help them find what they're looking for. The ability to deal with a wide range of customers - from professional dancers to young children - is a must. Literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills are also essential.
