Dancia Ltd is the leading dancewear retailer in the UK specialising in all brands of dance shoes and garments.
We have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Admin and Retail Sales Assistant at our Head Office in Portslade, Brighton. This would be an ideal job for someone with a dance background and good office skills.
The role involves running our office, stockroom, shipping goods to our four other shops and learning the trade in our Brighton shop.
The successful candidate must be committed, enthusiastic and hands on. Full training given in all aspects of this interesting specialist business.
Duties Include- Acting as a point of contact for customers and suppliers by email, over the phone or in person
- Maintaining office databases
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, in putting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills
- Responding to questions and requests for information
- Organising deliveries to franchise shops
- Assisting in Brighton shop sales
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Work well individually
- High customer service commitment
- A good telephone manner
