The syllabus is very comp-rehensive, dealing with every area of setting up and developing the Dancia shop.

Undertaken first at our H.Q. in Brighton and at one of our company-owned shops, training continues on site at your own shop to provide as smooth a course as possible when you open for business. Also provided is the Dancia Operations Manual, a clear point of reference on all matters, which is regularly updated.

CONTINUING SUPPORT
Where initial training ends, our programme of on-going support takes over and addresses the practicalities of running your Dancia shop efficiently. This extends beyond the sourcing of the right

merchandise and includes important aspects such as stock control, co-ordinated window displays and promotional activities, advertising material and general guidance - not just on the end of phone, but with planned visits to give first-hand advice.
